Pacnet has always been able to solve any problems I have with my email account. All your technical staff I have come across with have been courteous and patient - very important for people like me who are not that technically savvy, just know enough to get by-and sometimes don't.

I am a very long time customer having signed in your early days. I even attended your seminar way back in the 90's. From time to time I had to get in touch with your Technical section as I was new and learning. I am now 74+ and still learning and all along the way your Technical Service was always very courteous, prompt and helpful. Thank you very much.
